As soon as you enter the second island, the subway comes available. The subway runs basically in a large oval under the entire map. It also
stops at Shoreside (the third island) but the exit gates of this station are still closed. There are two tracks, but just as the Portland train only one of them is in use. This means you can travel through the tunnels, even by car, as long as you stay on the unused track (and manage to get your car down the stairs of the subway station...). When driving through the tunnel, I stumbled across this strangely stuck car. I don't know how it got there... probably due to a bug in the map which made it sink through the street or so. |

| Also new is the ability to steal boats! At the end of your last mission on Portland, you use a boat to get to Staunton. From that moment on boats are available, including a Police boat which you will use on some missions. You can use a boat to get to Portland, but you can't reach Shoreside. |
